2. Approval of the minutes of the last meeting on September 19^th, 2024.

    

3. Derrik Nelms is requesting a Lot Split of 1201 S. 13^th St - Tecumseh, OK to split property to sell property.(October meeting had no quorum so Agenda item was moved to November meeting)

    

4. Vallandingham Properties LLC is requesting a Rezone of 521 E Washington, Tecumseh, OK from R-2 (Combined Residential District) to R-3 (Multifamily Residential District) for the purpose of building a Tri-plex for Residential Use.
