SPECIAL MEETING JULY 15, 2024
4:00 p.m.

CITY HALL COUNCIL CHAMBERS

I.  Called meeting to order at 4:00 p.m.

2. Roll call:  Farris, Stewart, Bradley, Collier, and Parker were all present.

3. Discussion and possible action on accepting or rejecting the bids for the resurfacing of Broadway Street and W. Washington Street.

A motion was made by Stewart and seconded by Farris to accept the bid from Silver Star Construction in the amount of$292,158.50 and add alternate #1 in the amount of $269,451.50 for a total of $561,610.00. Roll call:

Motion passes.
4. Adjournment.

A motion was made by Stewart and seconded by Farris to adjourn the meeting at 4:30 p.m. Roll call:
