Absolutely!

You must have a current Oklahoma State Fishing License, and you must also pay for a fishing permit.  The fishing permit is $1.00 per day or $10.00 per year.  To pay by day there is an honor box located at the lake.  To purchase a yearly permit, please visit the Administration Office in City Hall at 114 N Broadway, Tecumseh.

Do you need a large space for an event? City Hall's auditorium can be rented! There are 3 options; Side A (with the kitchen and stage), Side B, or Both A&B together!

To add a polycart to your account, the account holder will need to come in to the Utility Office Monday through Friday between 8a and 4:30pm to sign a work order.  There is a charge per polycart on the account, and any billing change requires a signature.  There is no charge up front; once the polycart is dropped off it will reflect on your next bill.

If your polycart is busted, or the lid is missing, or the wheels have come off...it can be fixed or replaced!

City Council meetings are held at 6pm on the first Monday of the month in the Council Chambers at City Hall, followed immediately by the Tecumseh Utility Authority meeting.  Agendas are posted in the Public Notice window and visible 24 hours a day.

Bulk Trash pickup is scheduled for the first full week of every month.  Residential addresses can put out up to 3 cubic yards of items for pickup. No tires, no batteries, and nothing with freon.  If you have a particularly large item for pickup, contact the Utility Office so they can alert GFL.

GFL starts with residents on the north side of Highway 9 that Monday and the south side of Highway 9 on Tuesday.  They start pickup at 7am, so if you've got something to put out, get it out the night before!

There are times when GFL isn't able to get to everyone on their scheduled day; for instance, if those scheduled on Monday aren't finished, on Tuesday they will pick up where they left off and then begin the Tuesday scheduled pickups.  When we are made aware of this, we update our Facebook page with details. 

Please give GFL the full day on your scheduled day to pick up your bulk items before contacting the Utility Office.
